During the celebrations for the 50th anniversary of the “Autostrada del Sole” A1 motorway, Maurizio Lupi confirmed that the government intends to extend to 2015 the 50% tax bonus for building renovations and 65% bonus for energy improvement.

It also appears that the government plans to maintain the ecobonus rate at 65%, changing the 2014 Stability Law which instead provides for a reduction from 65 to 50% in 2015 (as of January 1, 2015 for individuals, and July 1, 2015 for condominiums).
The Minister declares that “this measure is one of the few that worked, because it set 29 to 30 billion euro in motion.”
“After having missed the train of the “Sblocca Italia” decree, the extension of the two tax benefits  should be arrive with the Stability Law for 2015, which will begin to take shape in the coming weeks.”
